TCA Shows eSIM Adoption Doubled in 2023

The Trusted Connectivity Alliance (TCA) reports substantial growth in the eSIM market, with consumer adoption having more than doubled in 2023. This represents a 109% increase year-on-year. This surge was primarily fueled by North American transition to digital-first strategies and the demand for eSIM-only devices, kicked off by the release of eSIM-only iPhone models. Significant growth was also observed across Asia and Western Europe.
