Position Overview
1GLOBAL is seeking a Head of Account Management with 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably with a background in Mobile Communication, to lead our European team. As Head of Account Management, you will oversee the development of key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and minimize churn. This role also includes responsibilities for building and managing a team, prospecting new opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both existing and new logo clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic account management plan to achieve sales targets, retain clients, and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the account management team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to clients, emphasizing their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful account management experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic account management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in selling mobile communication solutions to enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as lead a team.
  • Familiarity with global communications solutions is a plus.
