1GLOBAL has been officially recognized as an eSIM “High Flyer” in a new IoT industry report by leading research and consulting firm Kaleido Intelligence. Kaleido assessed nearly 70 IoT eSIM and remote SIM provisioning services to determine standout service providers and products across a wide range of industries.

The recent accolade continues 1GLOBAL’s status as a recognized leader in the IoT eSIM connectivity and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) sectors (1GLOBAL was first named as an industry High Flyer in 2022). Last November, 1GLOBAL’s travel eSIM capabilities were also recognized in a Kaleido report, earning the status of 2025 Champion Roaming Vendor in the travel eSIM market.

This latest report underlines 1GLOBAL’s sustained success and commitment to ongoing innovation in the eSIM and wireless connectivity field. It’s this combination of established achievements and relentless progress that has led to 1GLOBAL’s current market position and recognition in the latest Kaleido assessment.

The Kaleido Vendor Hub report

The Kaleido Intelligence Vendor Hub is an annual product assessment of eSIM vendors and Remote SIM Provisioning services, carried out by the roaming industry intelligence firm Kaleido Intelligence.

The latest edition compiles extensive research by Kaleido experts to provide a vivid image of the eSIM and RSP sector, exceptional brands within that space, and individual product strengths.

  • The research was conducted between July and November 2025.

  • 69 IoT and RSP offerings from 40 vendors were assessed.

  • The results are derived from over 500 hours of research and analysis.

The publication is an eagerly awaited fixture in the telecommunications calendar, delivering one of the most comprehensive market overviews of the rapidly growing IoT space.

eSIM and RSP

The study focuses on the eSIM and RSP capabilities of wireless providers, considering service quality, technical capabilities, and new solutions.

The new 1GLOBAL eSIM IoT Management portal, or eIM, was a key factor in determining our status as an eSIM High Flyer. The service allows IoT companies to remotely distribute, manage, and recall eSIMs to devices across the world, from a single online tool – all with full GSMA SGP.32 compliance built in. This prepares wireless companies for the future by offering the most secure, compliant, and efficient way to manage their fleet connectivity and pivot away from physical SIMs, even in the face of rising demand.

1GLOBAL IoT

The IoT is poised for rapid growth, driven by surging global demand for wireless services and the increasing uptake of eSIM devices. This is further accelerated by new standards like the GSMA’s SGP.32 framework, which greatly simplifies the distribution and management of eSIM profiles. Companies operating wireless device fleets need to act fast to ensure sustained success while scaling their services to new customers and global regions.

To do so, they must first satisfy three requirements:

  • A reliable mobile connection with failover protection: Many IoT companies operate multigenerational device fleets, including older M2M connections that rely on legacy technology like SMS wakeups and physical SIM cards. IoT networks often utilize different wireless standards based on the sophistication and purposes of each device: everything from low-power LPWAN connections to the latest in 5G transmissions. Supplying a fast, secure, and reliable wireless connection across different standards, device types, and global regions is a prerequisite to success. 1GLOBAL IoT provides this, including a minimum of 3 available networks in every country to mitigate the risk of downtime.

  • Scalability: Once an efficient and secure wireless connection is established, it’s essential to build a framework that can expand or contract as needed to keep pace with surging global demand for IoT services. Companies that can agilely deploy their device fleets to meet trends and current demand are in a position to leverage this sudden change, rather than being challenged by it. Scalable IoT strategies require flexible connectivity agreements that can grow to match the size and data demands of their fleets. An international RSP partner like 1GLOBAL provides IoT companies with an overview of all devices and data usage, actionable insights into this usage, and a swift way to remotely manage devices.

  • International reach: We’ve previously explored the unique challenges that arise when scaling wireless services across borders: the cost and effort of negotiating individual roaming agreements, adhering to local regulations, and maintaining connections across varying wireless standards and coverage types can swiftly offset any potential benefits. Businesses soon face issues on three fronts, struggling to address legal, technical, and logistical challenges. Any IoT company considering this requires an international partner that supports international expansion while negating these challenges. Connecting to a single core network like 1GLOBAL, for example, provides the ability to operate in new regions as required, without the administrative hurdles.

1GLOBAL IoT threads this needle by connecting businesses to our worldwide core network – a single, multi-standard mobile network comprising 600+ partner carriers across 190+ countries. In practice, this allows IoT companies to instantly deploy wireless devices around the world, without negotiating individual roaming agreements or suffering from fractured networks.

This global availability, coupled with state-of-the-art digital IOT products and management services, is a key factor why 1GLOBAL is repeatedly denoted as an eSIM market leader by institutions like Kaleido Intelligence.

1GLOBAL eIM

Obtaining the status of connectivity High Flyer in 2026 requires more than just market presence: it denotes ongoing innovation and the ability to stay ahead of the industry curve. We continually develop new solutions to augment our IoT services – 2026 has already seen the development of the 1GLOBAL eIM, or eSIM IoT Manager.

This is an SGP.32-compliant service that allows customers full, zero-touch remote control over their global device fleets. With the 1GLOBAL eIM, the mass distribution, management, and recall of eSIM profiles can be carried out with minimal human effort and unerring accuracy.

The status provides independent verification of 1GLOBAL’s ongoing success in the IoT space, one underlined by the thousands of international IoT partners, digital brands, and enterprises who choose 1GLOBAL connectivity services.
