Hosted by Cellusys, the GSMA Wholesale Agreements and Solutions Group (WAS) will convene at Dublin’s famous Aviva Stadium, bringing mobile network operators and wholesale roaming providers together to discuss ways to develop and strengthen the mobile communications ecosystem, whilst deepening wholesale relationships.
