How To Use The Callback Method?

Definition of the Callback Method and its different dialling patterns.

In a small number of countries, some network providers block 1GLOBAL subscribers from making outbound calls. The callback method is used to resolve this issue and allow subscribers to make the most of our service.

A subscriber will know that he is unable to make standard outgoing calls when:

    • He receives an SMS from 1GLOBAL stating that outgoing calls are blocked and 100 should be used.

    • When making an outgoing call, he receives an SMS from the network the SIM is registered to which states that outgoing calls are not alllowed.

When making an international call, there are prefixes that may be required to append to the phone number  being dialled to ensure it connects successfully.
