How can I access the 1GLOBAL IoT Connectivity Management Platform?

The 1GLOBAL IoT Connectivity Management Platform (CMP) is available at https://iot.truphone.com for existing 1GLOBAL IoT customers. Your Account Manager or Service Deliver Manager should have sent your company the login details of the designated Admin user.

If your company is an existing 1GLOBAL IoT customer but you don't have an account, please request it from your company Admin.

If you have an account but don't remember the login details, use your work email address and reset your password at https://account.truphone.com/password_reset/.

What is the 1GLOBAL IoT APN configuration?

The default 1GLOBAL IoT APN is: iot.truphone.com (without authentication).

Please refer to the SIM card information page on the IoT Connectivity Management Platform for specific customer APN configurations.

Which devices work with the 1GLOBAL IoT SIMs?

All standard cellular devices with PTCRB and GCF certifications should work with the 1GLOBAL IoT SIM. However, there are devices which may require specific configuration or module firmware. Please contact our customer services team if you have any difficulties.

At 1GLOBAL, we certify devices and cellular modules on an ongoing basis. Please refer to our website for a list of certified and recommended modules by 1GLOBAL.

How can I test the 1GLOBAL IoT connectivity service?

What's included in the IoT Starter Pack?

Each IoT Pack includes 3 removable SIM cards, with 50MB of Data and 25 SMS per month per SIM for 3 months.

The SIMs come ready to use and can be monitored and managed through the IoT Connectivity Management Platform.
