We regularly review and update our Policy. Purposes of Use

Payments. We collect from our third-party payment processors certain information about your payment instruments for the purpose of connecting of your payment instrument to your account on our services and sending payment reminders.
Marketing and Advertising. We may use tracking technologies (which may collect personal data) in order to provide you with personalized advertisements when you visit our services, including personalized and non-personalized advertising, as part of your current interaction with us.

Sources of personal data
In the 12 preceding months, we have collected the above-mentioned categories of personal data from the following categories of sources:
Consumer directly. You may give us your personal data through direct interactions, such as filling in forms, corresponding with us via post, phone, email, our Apps, websites or other means.
Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website and use our services, we may automatically collect the IP address that your devices have used, including data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this by using cookies and other similar technologies.
Advertising networks.
We also collect and use aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data. Aggregated data could be derived from your personal data but will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage and Connection Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature.

1GLOBAL group of companies: We share your information among the 1GLOBAL group as needed for: data processing and storage; providing you with access to our services; providing customer support; making decisions about service improvements and for other purposes described in this Policy.
Third Party Service Providers: We may use third party service providers to perform services on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of services to you. Therefore, we may engage third party service providers to provide marketing, advertising, communications, payment, security, infrastructure and IT services, to customize, personalize and optimize our Service, to provide bank account or balance information, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service, to analyse and enhance data (including data about users’ interactions with our service), and to process and administer consumer surveys. In the course of providing such services, these third-party service providers may have access to your personal data or other information. We do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal data except in connection with providing their services to us. Third party service providers have a data processing agreement enforced by 1GLOBAL, thus cascading to them the security and privacy requirements we uphold with you.
Business transfers: In connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of assets, we will transfer information, including personal data, provided that the receiving party agrees to respect your personal data in a manner that is consistent with our Policy.
Official and regulatory authorities: Under certain circumstances for regulatory purposes, we may be required to share personal data with regulatory authorities.

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Only authorised employees of 1GLOBAL, with a legitimate need to fulfil their duties, may process personal and traffic data.
1GLOBAL maintains robust information security policies and processes and has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 and GSMA accreditation.
1GLOBAL implements technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of communications content across its services and complies with all applicable legal obligations and exceptions under relevant legislation.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

- Rights of access to your personal data:
You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and access your stored personal data, together with supplementary information.
- Right of deletion:
You have the right to request that 1GLOBAL erases or deletes personal data held about you at any time.
- Right of rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data in our control if you believe the personal data held by 1GLOBAL is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
- Right of data portability:
You have the right to request us to move, copy and transfer your personal data easily from one IT environment to another, in a safe and secure way, without affecting its usability.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of your sensitive personal data:
You have the right to request to limit the collection of your sensitive personal data, to that use which is necessary to perform our Services.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision making:
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly effects to you.
- Right to opt-out of the sale or share of personal data:
In the event that we sell or share your personal data for behavioral advertising purposes, you have the right to submit a request to opt-out of the sale or share of your personal data. After you opt-out, we may continue disclosing some personal data to our partners to help us perform business-related functions such as, but not limited to, providing the Services, ensuring that the Services are working correctly and securely, providing aggregate statistics and analytics and preventing fraud.
- Right to non-discrimination:
You have the right to be free from any discrimination for exercising your rights, such as offering you different pricing or products, or by providing you with a different level or quality of services, based solely upon your request.

Authorized agent
You can use an authorized agent to make a request to exercise your right under applicable laws on your behalf if:
- The authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity; and
- You sign a written declaration that you authorize the authorized agent to act on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise your right, please provide us with a certified copy of your written declaration authorizing the authorized agent to act on your behalf using the contact information below.
The request must:
- Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal data or an authorized agent. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal data if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal data relates to you; and
- Describe your request with sufficient details to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will only use personal data provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
6. MINORS
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 16 (“Age of Consent”). By accessing, using or interacting with our services, you certify to us that you are not under the Age of Consent. In the event we learn that we have collected personal data from an individual under the Age of Consent without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information upon discovery.
