What is 1GLOBAL Enterprise eSIM?
The 1GLOBAL Enterprise eSIM enables the dual-SIM capability of the latest eSIM ready phones such as: iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max & all future iPhones that are eSIM-ready with iOS software 12.1.2, along with Pixel 2, 3 ,4 & 5.
End users can access their employer’s 1GLOBAL Mobile Plan just as if it was a regular SIM card as the eSIM is delivered to the subscriber’s device by scanning a QR code 1GLOBAL will send via email upon request.

Why should I choose an eSIM for my Business?
With the use of an eSIM powered device, you get to use your Business mobile plan and free the physical SIM slot to use a personal plastic SIM. No need to carry and look after multiple smartphones, making life easier and more productive.
How do I get an eSIM for my 1GLOBAL Business plan?
Currently this is only available for selected customers, please ask your account manager for general availability date.
It only takes 3 simple steps to activate your eSIM for your 1GLOBAL Business plan:
Ensure your Account Manager has authorised the use of eSIM within your company.
If your company has authorised the use of eSIM, then give us a call or send us an email to request an eSIM for your device. You will need to provide a valid email address for your eSIM activation email to be sent and your current 1GLOBAL number. The email will include instructions to download the eSIM to your device. See: "How do I set up my Enterprise eSIM in the iPhone?" below
Once the eSIM is downloaded to your device, contact Customer support or SDM to activate your eSIM for network use of Calls, SMS and data. Our agents will guide you through the activation process.
How do I set up my Enterprise eSIM in the iPhone or Pixel?

Go to Settings > Cellular
Tap Add Cellular Plan
Use your iPhone to scan the QR code that your carrier provided.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data
Tap Add mobile plan

How and why do I enter the information manually?
If necessary, you can manually enter your plan information.
Tap “Enter Details Manually”, at the bottom of your iPhone screen, you will be prompted for activation codes. The email sent from 1GLOBAL includes this information, you can copy and paste these details instead of scanning the QR code.
How to activate 1GLOBAL when you have multiple eSIMs installed?
You can store more than one eSIM in your iPhone, but you can use only one at a time alongside your physical SIM.
You can choose your 1GLOBAL eSIM by tapping Settings > Cellular > Cellular Plans and tapping the plan you want to use. Then tap Turn On This Line.
Label your plans
After your second plan is activated, label your plans. For example, you can label your 1GLOBAL Enterprise eSIM plan as Business, and the other plan Personal.
You'll use these labels when you choose which phone number to use for making or receiving calls and messages, to designate a number for cellular data, and to assign a number to your contacts so you know which number you will use.

Navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Carrier
How and why do I enter the information manually?

Tap Add Carrier
This will open the Camera. Open the email from another device to scan the QR Code. The email sent from 1GLOBAL includes this information, you can also copy and paste these details instead of scanning the QR code.
Tap Add Data Plan
You have an option to personalize the labels for each of your data plans.
Once done, click Continue
You should be able to see 1GLOBAL on the Carrier list.
