Position Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic B2B Salesperson who is driven to create new opportunities and close deals in the IoT industry. The ideal candidate will have gained initial experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecommunications. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new accounts, expanding our customer base through targeted prospecting, leveraging our strong technical product, and delivering tailored solutions that enable our customers to connect devices worldwide seamlessly.


We are open to considering candidates for this role based in either Berlin or Madrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IoT ecosystem through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Represent 1Global to potential customers and manage the entire customer acquisition process.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into compelling offerings.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprises in the IoT ecosystem.
  • Develop and present solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of our prospects, aligning them with our product capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the telecom, tech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Tech-savviness: a willingness to understand complex technical products.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in IoT or Telco is a plus.
